Technical Product Lead
At Lahzo, we're on a mission to help companies with complex sales cycles and high customer acquisition costs unlock meaningful revenue growth through a combination of precision-targeted demand generation and autonomous AI agents. We're conversion-obsessed, bringing together deep go-to-market expertise, AI-powered technology, and a relentless focus on revenue outcomes.
Backed by a team of experienced founders and technologists, we're building a platform that doesn't just generate leads. It intelligently orchestrates the end-to-end buyer journey, reducing friction, increasing velocity, and turning intent into revenue.
We're seeking a Technical Product Lead to join our core leadership team and shape the product vision. This is not a product management role. We're not looking for someone to run sprints or maintain a backlog. We're looking for a product thinker with the instinct to hold a two-year vision clearly and work backwards from it with conviction.
What You'll Do
- Own the product vision. Develop and steward a clear, compelling 18-24 month product point of view, not a roadmap. Work directly with founders to hold the product's direction and make the hard calls on sequencing.
- Shape the narrative. Define how we talk about the product internally and externally. The story must organize the team and set the interpretive frame for new users before they ever log in. You understand narrative is load-bearing from the start, not retrofitted.
- Identify what's working and what's soft. Move across product, engineering, and GTM to find the highest-leverage improvements and sequence them in a way that compounds fastest.
- Translate between worlds. Serve as the bilingual layer between deep technical possibility and market reality. You can hold a sophisticated architecture conversation with engineers and then walk across the hall and articulate why it matters to a client in plain language.
- Pressure-test priorities. Participate in leadership-level decisions not just on what to build, but on whether this is the right thing to build right now, given everything else.
- Build shared understanding. Help the team understand why decisions are made, not just what was decided. Internally, this is what organizes teams around a shared model of purpose.
What We're Looking For
- Founder background, or operated close enough to one that you think like one. You've been accountable for both the product and the growth, and you know how inseparable they are.
- Genuine product instinct. You can use something for five minutes and know what's off and why, without running a survey.
- Technically fluent and culturally sharp. You know what's buildable and you know which cultural currents are real versus ephemeral. That combination is what separates products that feel inevitable from products that feel assembled.
- Narrative experience. Not positioning docs. The foundational story that organizes a team and earns user trust before the product can.
- Low ego, high ownership. Not attached to titles or scope for its own sake. Attached to outcomes.
- Comfortable in early-stage environments where org structure is loose and pace is high.
Compensation
- Base: $160k - $210k
- Equity: Participation in our equity award program.
Benefits
Benefits include medical, vision, dental, unlimited PTO, remote-first environment, a 401k and most of all, a collaborative, growth-focused, high-trust, high-performance environment where your ideas matter.
Timing
We are looking to fill this position as soon as we find the right candidate.
Why Join Us
Lahzo is at an inflection point. Connect is gaining traction. The verticals are real. The AI is working. What happens next, how we sequence the product, how we tell the story, how we decide what not to build, will define the next two years. You'll work directly alongside founders with immediate influence on strategy, product, and company direction. Your work will shape what this company becomes, not just what it ships next quarter.
