We're seeking a seasoned Full Stack Staff Engineer to join our rapidly growing tech startup. You'll be architecting and building robust, scalable systems that power groundbreaking user experiences and shape the future of technology.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement robust, scalable systems across our entire tech stack. This includes developing server-side logic, designing and managing databases, and creating responsive front-end interfaces
• Architect solutions using TypeScript, working with SQL, MongoDB, and Redis databases to create high-performance, data-driven applications
• Mentor other developers to foster a culture of code quality and best practices
• Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and designers to create robust and novel experiences
• Contribute to the direction of this team with strategic thinking and a passion for continuous learning

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in full stack development
• Deep understanding of software design patterns, API design, and system architecture
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and containerization technologies
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor junior developers
• Passion for clean, maintainable code and automated testing

Compensation

• Base: $160k - $210k
• Equity: Equity package
